Founder

The path to creating Inner Balance is deeply personal. It began during one of the most difficult chapters of my life - a time of loss, reflection, and emotional unraveling that ultimately became a doorway to transformation. As I explored different healing practices - mindfulness, energy work, breathwork - it was sound that spoke to me most deeply.

What began as my own healing soon became a calling to support others. I am certified in Sound Healing Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Aura Reading, mindfulness facilitation, and I continue to study holistic practices that nurture mind–body–spirit balance.

My approach blends sound, breath, and intuitive presence to create a safe, compassionate space for inner exploration. Every session is offered with intention, care, and deep respect for your unique journey.

Yes - sound healing can help the body relax, settle the mind, and create a sense of balance. Certain tones calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest, which is why many people feel lighter and clearer afterward.

Where Science Meets Sound

At our core, we are vibrational beings. This may sound mystical, but it’s actually rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science. Every organ, bone, and tissue in the body vibrates at its own natural frequency. Even your brain vibrates. Different brainwave patterns like alpha, beta, theta, and delta waves correspond to different states of consciousness, from alertness to deep relaxation.

When these frequencies are balanced, we experience good health and emotional stability. When they become disrupted, we may feel out of sync, tired, anxious, or disconnected. Just like a musical instrument needs tuning to stay in harmony, our bodies and energy fields also need gentle retuning and sound is the perfect tool for this. Sound Therapy supports energy flow by using vibration to gently "tune" the body back to its natural harmony.
