Founder

The Inner Balance was born from one of the most difficult chapters of my life - a time of loss, reflection, and emotional unraveling that ultimately became a doorway to transformation. As I explored different healing practices - mindfulness, energy work, breathwork - it was sound that spoke to me most deeply.

What began as my own healing soon became a calling to support others. I am certified in Sound Healing Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Aura Reading, and mindfulness facilitation, and I continue to study holistic practices that nurture mind–body–spirit balance.

My approach blends sound, breath, and intuitive presence to create a safe, compassionate space for inner exploration. Every session is offered with intention, care, and deep respect for your unique journey.
